DANIEL BRYAN CALLS IT QUIT....via@sportsbywest3

FORMER WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION,  Daniel Bryan has retired from wrestling as a professional aged 35.

A wrestler whose celebration style, YES, YES, YES  has influenced everyone and cuts across all sports and sectors of the world with wide acceptance, with Nigerian wonderkid, the MVP of the u-17 world cup Kelechi Iheancho using the YES YES YES celebrations.

The popular former WWE World Heavyweight champion tweeted on Monday that "due to medical reasons, effective immediately, I am announcing my retirement" before elaborating on his decision on Raw.

Bryan claimed that the debilitating effects of head trauma have left him with no option but to permanently hang up his wrestling boots.

His future had been the cause of much speculation since his last appearance almost a year ago, in which time Bryan has been forced to relinquish the Intercontinental championship.
Monday night's Raw concluded with the entire WWE roster emerging and leading the applause for Bryan who exited the ring for the final stage as the crowd erupted into his trademark 'Yes' chant.
